Residency Matching is for Doctor's seeking admission into various residency programs throughout US. It helps the various ERAS & NRMP applicants to identify correct programs easily and in the most cost effective manner.

We are a subsidiary of Adeptol and are a bunch of doctors who went through the NRMP process ourselves and realized that very little information is available regarding the programs participating in the ERAS and it is a very expensive and time consuming process to gather all the needed information. Certain sites do provide this information, but charge hundred's of dollars for it. By the time a student becomes a Doctor, and reaches ERAS stage, he/she is already in so much debt that paying hundred's of dollars for these lists becomes a pain in the butt.

Hence the idea was born. Make the information available for free for future Doctor's.  We started calling programs, talking to directors at programs, friends doing residencies & fellowships and started gathering this needed information which could be made available to everyone for free.

But during this information gathering process, we realized that it is was much more difficult than we had anticipated. We had to spend a lot of time, money and resources to get the actual facts and data. So we ended up charging for this, but an amount which is equal to the cost of a burger. Yes, the cost of a burger.

The point is to cover the expenses we incurred on gathering this data and maintaining this site,  not to incur any profits from this venture and still make the information available to future residents at a cost as low as possible that it is easily affordable, if not free. We will try to bring down the costs of the lists further down in the future and even make it available for free if possible.
